Dee has worked as a Teacher and Mental Health Clinician for more than twenty years. During the last five years, she taught K-12 students in the county public school system. However, she began her career working in the non-profit arena as a Clinician performing the following roles: Small Group Leader, Family Trainer/Advocate, Case Manager, Crisis Counselor, Youth Interventionist and Life Coach.
Dee provided clinical support services to hundreds of families and children using research based principles, thusly becoming a lamplight to help the Consumer to overcome barriers in their lives.
She is now pursuing a business goal as a Transitional Life Coach.
Her mission is to empower individuals, so they may become a change agent in their world.
Dee works hard in her church at SUMC in Peachtree Corners as a Greeter at the Renew services, serves in Prayer Warriors, and in 2015 she was Commissioned as a Stephen’s Minister! She serves as a Care Provider for the congregants who are met with an acute life problem and need someone to walk with them through their storm.
